healthy state to partake in sports/physical related activities.

Medical Weight Loss

Lipo-B Injection ($25 or 6 for $125)
Lipo-B (MIC) injections are a combination of methionine, inositol, choline, and
cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12). This combo of lipotropic (fat burning) supplements
works synergistically in getting rid of body fat.

Naltrexone – oral medications for weight loss ($75)
A study of naltrexone and reward-based eating on food cravings among obese patients
found that the opioid-blocking effects of high-dose (50 milligram) naltrexone reduced the
reward eating drive (RED) and the intensity of food cravings for sugary and fatty foods.

Qysemia – Per Month ($75)
Qysemia contains two medicines called phentermine and topiramate. They may work
together to help people lose weight by reducing appetite, which may help you want to
eat less food. Topiramate may also help you feel full. Labs are required to start this
medication (mainly due to Phentermine) to make sure liver and kidney function are
normal/adequate. Max use of this combo medication is 3 months.

Semaglutide – 4 injections ($325)
SEMAGLUTIDE (SEM a GLOO tide) promotes weight loss. It may also be used to
maintain weight loss. It works by decreasing appetite. Changes to diet and exercise are
often combined with this medication. This is also know as Ozempic and Wegovy. The
FDA approved Semaglutide under the brand name “Ozempic” for Type 2 diabetics
purposes. The FCA approved Semaglutide under the brand name “Wegovy” for medical

Tirzipatide – 4 injections ($525)
Tirzepatide (Zepbound/Mounjaro) works by mimicking the GLP-1 and GIP hormones

Asclera® (polidocanol) Injection is a prescription medicine that is used in a procedure
called sclerotherapy to remove unwanted veins on your legs. It is administered by a
